Definition of Users and Families for Memberships

A user or family is defined as a household.

A household is defined as people living in the same house.

So for the 1 Designated User / Family option, a family of four with a father, mother and two children could all use the program under ONE membership as long as they live in the same home.  Each person could also have their own personal username for logging to lessons – all at no extra cost.

(A mother and father with two children who no longer live with them would be counted as THREE households.  Each household would need its own memberships or they could signup for one of the options that allows multiple households.)

For a 6 Designated Users / Family option, you could have up to 6 HOUSEHOLDS under one membership (at one price in other words).

For a 12 Designated Users / Family option, you could have up to 12 HOUSEHOLDS under one membership (at one price in other words).

At this time, we allow as many usernames (for logging in to lesson purposes) per household as there are people.  So if you have 5 people living in your home, you could have up to 5 different usernames so that each person could login and track their own lesson progress and quizzes, etc.
